Cost: $125 per month; Includes 5 free hours of remote support, plus on-site services are $50 per hour, a reduced rate.
* There is a $50 one-time setup fee for Carbonite Basic Plan With Unlimited Storage

Cost: $75 per hour.
Call-in and Remote Services

- Provide general information
Cost: $35 per hour.
